1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, inventory updates, severe weather conditions, or carrier delays.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are estimates only. MMG Labs cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

MMG Labs is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or lost packages resulting from:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Incomplete address information
• Customer input errors

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

• Contact the shipping carrier first.
• Notify MMG Labs as soon as possible.

We will assist in reviewing the shipment status; however, MMG Labs cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen after delivery, or delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

MMG Labs reserves the right to decline or restrict shipments to certain destinations where prohibited by law, carrier limitations, fraud prevention measures, or other regulatory requirements.
